...as Sophie's first year comes to a close...

So, while we have had some blog entries (e.g. trip to the aquarium, Halloween), we have been very negligent in doing our full monthly updates. So, as we approach Sophie's first birthday (just 2 days away), we present to you the last 3 months of updates:


1) August 2009 update. Highlights include: A backyard photo shoot for Sophie's 9 month birthday, Sophie's first kiss from a boy, her 2nd trip to the zoo, a swim in a big pool (see video below), and a trip to the jersey shore where she was so exhausted she passed out in the stroller (for the first time!)





2) September 2009 update. Highlights include: Sophie enjoys the swings, the first successful transfer from the car seat to the crib, a visit to the pumpkin patch (complete with hay ride), and starting to walk on her own with a walker!



3) October 2009 update. Highlights include: Erin comes to visit, Sophie and Jamie finally meet, Sophie gets the most adorable hat (ever!), the Yanks head to the world series, and Sophie pretends to be Batgirl (see video below)
